The story of Victory Recovery Partners and how it all began is truly remarkable. Doctor Coppola and Doctor Salvatore noticed that on Long Island, there was a need for patients battling substance use disorder to benefit from receiving total and complete care under one roof. Dr. Salvatore worked first-hand with patients who would seek help at an urgent care to receive Suboxone. However, he began to realize that the urgent cares weren’t treating the patient as a whole. While they may be receiving the Suboxone, they weren’t getting the full level of treatment that Dr. Salvatore realized patients need. For example, wellness, psychiatric, behavioral health, and medication-assisted treatment cannot all be performed by the urgent care facilities on Long Island (they don’t offer those services). With this realization, Dr. Salvatore and Dr. Coppola envisioned a facility where all forms of treatment could be performed under one roof. This allows the patients to receive the best care possible, without having to be moved around to various facilities. With a simple mission of No One Left Behind, Victory opened its first location in 2018. It was 1500 square feet and only had a few employees – but our founders knew they were on to something big.
Fast forward now to 2026. Victory has 10 locations across Long Island and New York City. Our rapid growth and continued success are built upon the principle of “No One Left Behind.” What does this mean? At Victory, we do not turn any patients away. It takes a tremendous amount of guts, strength, and bravery to seek help for substance use and addiction issues. We respect the courage that it takes for our patients to ask for help – which can potentially be lifesaving. No One Left Behind means that we will not turn you away for any reason. We accept all insurances, and we provide a safe, welcoming environment for all our patients.
Our mission of No One Left Behind also means that we know the path to recovery is not easy. There will be bumps along the way. Relapses may happen, but we will not give up on you. Our belief in harm reduction further emphasizes that we recognize that the recovery process is a journey. It takes time, through ongoing support and treatment.
No One Left Behind also means that we realize location is everything. We want our patients to be able to easily attend their counseling sessions, group therapy, wellness and psych appointments, and anything else that may require in-person office visits. With that being said, we’re continuously expanding across Long Island, and Manhattan too. This rapid growth has allowed Victory to treat more patients than ever before – and that number keeps rising. What started out as one 1500 square foot facility in Farmingville has now grown to 10 locations. We have locations in Farmingville, Shirley, Hempstead, Hicksville, Massapequa Park, Brooklyn, and Manhattan. No One Left Behind means that no matter where you live, there is a facility that is within reach to help you along your recovery journey.
Dr. Salvatore and Dr. Coppola saw a gap in addiction treatment practices. Their vision was unique – let’s create an outpatient center with all treatments provided under one roof. It may sound simple, but this was a very new and novel concept. By putting in the work and effort to launch Victory, we have now successfully helped thousands of patients fully recover from substance use and addition.

We recognize the bravery that our patients show each and every day by trying to overcome their substance use disorders.
